8:27 a.m. Suspicious circumstance reported on the 600 block of 20th Street. "Reporting party reporting male subject keeps appearing everywhere she is - from the grocery store, DMV etc.… Believes he may be following her around."
12:13 p.m. Annoying phone calls reported on the 600 block of East 19th Street. "Reporting party received numerous calls last night. They started out as heavy breathing. Eventually caller advised he wanted to have phone sex."
3:35 p.m. Drunk in public reported on the 300 block of Humboldt Avenue. "Sock in hand with something in it and beer in hand. One subject breaking bottles and growling in creek area."
9:52 p.m. Suspicious circumstance reported on the 1000 block of West Sacramento Avenue. "While reporting party was in restaurant eating, someone vomited in her vehicle. No one seen around. Nothing missing. Reporting party not sure how they gained entry."
Friday
12:38 a.m. Fight reported on the 300 block of Oak Street. "Throwing glass bongs in the street. One involved driving away in a gray car."
8:05 a.m. Suspicious circumstance reported on Trinity Lane. "Reporting party observed truck just drove by very slowly. Two males with ski masks got out and began to wipe down the entire truck. Now they have fishing poles out."
11:23 a.m. Welfare check reported on the 300 block of East Lassen Avenue. "Instructor received e-mail from one of his students. She said that she had been abducted, beaten and tortured for nine hours. She told teacher this information as she was trying to explain why her homework was not complete."
1:20 p.m. Threats reported on the 500 block of Broadway Street. "Reporting party in wheelchair, reporting another customer just threatened to beat reporting party. Subject was irate that reporting party used the trash receptacle closer to him."
1:39 p.m. Urinating in public reported on the 200 block of West Ninth Street. "Male subject just staggered across street urinating in the process."
8:20 p.m. Annoying phone calls reported on the 100 block of East Shasta Avenue. "Unknown subject called reporting party and asked her if she wanted to buy some marijuana. Reporting party declined."
Saturday
9:26 p.m. Suspicious subjects reported on the 1300 block of East Avenue. "Subject dressed like a pirate, smoking marijuana in the parking lot."
Sunday
1:15 a.m. Assault and battery reported on the 300 block of West Second Street. "Victim was bit on the finger during a fight at The Bear."
4:49 a.m. Suspicious circumstance on the 1300 block of Longfellow Avenue. "Subject laying on the seat of his truck, door open. He is unresponsive. Reporting party is on paper route and tried to speak to him but got no response."
