7:04 a.m. Transient problem reported on the 100 block of East Fifth Street. "… Subject … has an ax, splitting firewood for his bonfire… now trying to drive to the Jesus Center with a load of firewood on the hood (of the car)."

6:20 p.m. Resisting a peace officer on the 2300 block of Forest Avenue. "…There is a male subject locked in the men's bathroom entirely naked inside the stall. Subject has been in there for over 25 minutes."

Saturday

1:39 a.m. Disturbing the peace reported on the 100 block of East Second Street. "…Subject head butted reporting party's car and kicked it as he drove by. Subject wearing a blue hoodie with a Big
Bird T-shirt."

8:04 a.m. Littering and urinating in public reported on the 50 block of Jillian Lane. "Suspect hired… to make a dump run several weeks ago. Subject has not been paid... Subject went back to the dump, retrieved the items and put them back on the front lawn."

10:38 a.m. Drunk in public reported on the 2100 block of the Esplanade. "Transient on property has been drinking. Now threatening to 'tai chi' reporting party."

4:08 p.m. Neighbor dispute reported on the 1100 block of Columbus Avenue. "Neighbor keeps stealing reporting party's recycling and turns it in for money across the street."

4:59 p.m. Possible drug activity reported on the 800 block of East 19th Street. "Reporting party thinks the people that live here are on drugs. The house is a mess, they are acting funny and have egg shells everywhere on the floor."

10:56 p.m. Suspicious subject reported on the 200 block of Humboldt Avenue. "Female walked by reporting party's house … she was totally naked and seemed very drunk."

10:58 p.m. Miscellaneous violations reported on the 1200 block of Glenshire Lane. "Loud power tools… Reporting party can now see subjects outside with the tools, drinking and 'high-fiving,' etc. while doing their home improvements."
